Is my date available?

Click on our “weddings” drop-down menu and choose “availability”.  Just enter your date and we’ll contact you with availability & package information.

Can I have a customized videography package?

Yes.  Your wedding won’t be like everyone else’s, and neither should your wedding video.  We tailor every package to fit your specific event.

What is the wedding video gift registry?

Let your guests buy your wedding video.  We offer complimentary gift registry cards for you to include in your wedding invitations.

How much of a deposit is due to reserve my date?

20% is due to reserve your date, then 30% is due 90 days before the event, another 30% is due 30 days before your event, & the final 20% is due upon receipt of your completed DVDs.  We are able to customize this schedule to suit your needs.

What kind of equipment do you use?

We use high definition digital video cameras, fluid-head tripods, & wireless microphones in combination with line inputs if you have a soundboard.

What if I want more than one videographer to film my event?

You may request an additional videographer to film all or a portion of your event at an additional cost.  Please call us for a quote based on your specific needs.

What will my DVD look like?

The front of your DVD will be personalized with your names and photo, and it will come in a keepsake case which includes photos from your event.  Your DVD will have a customized main menu screen.  From this main menu, you will be able to select:  the highlights video, your ceremony in its entirety, footage from your reception, and guest interviews (if desired).

What is a highlights video?

Although you’ll certainly watch your entire wedding from time to time, chances are you’ll watch the highlights video the most of all.  This is our specialty.  We take the best moments caught on film and blend them together with background music of your choice.

What is a Love Story video?

This is your chance to share the story of your romance, filmed at the locations of your choice.  We’ll ask you and your fiancé questions about how you met, what your first impressions of each other were, the first date, the proposal, and more.  Many couples play it for their guests to watch at the reception.  What a great wedding favor to give to your bridal party or guests!

What is the same-day edit ceremony highlights video ?

This is the latest trend in wedding videography.  Some refer to it as a “same day edit”.  We integrate your photo slideshow and video footage taken during your ceremony with music of your choice to create a highlights video of your ceremony to show right at your reception.  Many couples get lost in the moment during the ceremony.  Instead of waiting a month or two for your wedding video to be ready, this is your opportunity to get a taste of your wedding video on your actual wedding day.  It’s your own private screening.

Do you still film the reception while creating the same-day edit ceremony highlights video ?

Yes.  There is typically some time between the ceremony and reception in which we start the editing process.  Guests usually prefer not to be filmed while they are eating dinner, so we take advantage of this down-time as well.  A video camera is set to record the wedding party’s table the entire time.  Your same-day ceremony highlights video is typically ready to view during or immediately after dinner.  We will set up an editing timeline at our consultation with you to ensure that we won’t miss out on filming important moments such as toasts and cake cutting.

Can the same-day edit ceremony highlights video be added any package ?

The same-day ceremony highlights video can be added if the timeline provides enough time to edit and prepare your video for showing at your reception.
